Feedback & Complaints Policy
Last Updated: August 16, 2026
Your voice matters to us. At K's Kare Givers, we strive for excellence in every interaction. We actively encourage your feedback—both positive and negative—as it helps us continuously improve the quality of care we provide.
1. Providing Feedback
We welcome your compliments and suggestions. If a caregiver has done an exceptional job, or if you have ideas on how we can improve our services, please let us know. You can share feedback by:
- Calling our main office directly.
- Emailing our care coordination team.
- Speaking with a supervisor during a routine quality assurance visit or call.
2. The Complaints Process
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we want to address it immediately. Filing a complaint will never result in retaliation or a reduction in the quality of your care.
Step 1: Contact Us
Please call our office at (702) 766-9984 and ask to speak with the Care Manager or Agency Director. Describe the issue in as much detail as possible.
Step 2: Investigation
We take all complaints seriously. We will initiate a prompt investigation, which may involve speaking with the assigned caregiver, reviewing care logs, and conducting a home visit if necessary.
Step 3: Resolution
We aim to resolve most issues within 3-5 business days. We will communicate the findings of our investigation and work with you to implement a solution, which may include additional caregiver training, scheduling adjustments, or a change in assigned personnel.
3. Escalation
If you feel your complaint has not been adequately addressed by our management team, you have the right to escalate your concerns to relevant state oversight authorities, such as the Nevada Division of Public and Behavioral Health (DPBH) or your assigned Medicaid/Anthem case manager. We will provide you with the necessary contact information upon request.
4. Continuous Improvement
We log all formal complaints and review them regularly as part of our quality assurance program, ensuring that systemic issues are identified and corrected to prevent future occurrences.
