Absolutely not. K's Kare Givers has a strict zero-tolerance policy for retaliation. Your safety and employment status are protected under state and federal whistleblower laws when you report a valid concern.
Your report goes directly to our compliance and management team. We will assess the severity of the concern, initiate a confidential investigation, and, if you provided contact information, follow up with you regarding the outcome.
We strive to resolve all issues promptly and internally. However, if you feel your concern regarding patient care or safety has not been adequately addressed, you have the right to contact the Nevada Bureau of Health Care Quality and Compliance (BHCQC) at healthfacilitycomplaints.nv.gov or call their complaint line at (702) 668-3250.
